Most matrimony sites treat your photograph and phone number as inventory. Here both are hidden until you say otherwise, per person, and you can take it back. That is the whole product; the matching is just the part everyone else also does.
The percentage on each card is not decoration. Open a profile and you see exactly which of your preferences it met and which it did not, so you can decide whether the gap matters.
An interest you send appears here and moves through its states. A declined interest simply disappears from both sides — nobody gets a rejection notification, because that is a cruel way to design a product.
These are the real toggles from a member account, not a marketing illustration. Change them and the panel on the right tells you exactly who can now see what.
Aadhaar or passport checked against the name and date of birth on the profile. Mandatory for every member before the profile goes live.
OTP on both. A profile with an unverified number cannot send interests or messages to anybody.
Optional. Degree certificate checked against the university where verifiable. Verified profiles carry a badge; unverified ones say so plainly.
Optional. Offer letter or payslip, name and employer only. We never see or store the salary figure.
Registering, searching and receiving interests are free forever. You pay only when you want to start conversations, and there is no auto-renewal on any plan.

We check that someone is who they say they are. We cannot check who they are as a person.
By default, nobody. When someone sends you an interest and you accept it, they can see your photos and you can see theirs. You can also allow specific people without accepting an interest, and you can revoke it later, at which point the photos disappear from their view immediately.
Not from us. Your phone number is never visible to other members unless you explicitly share it in a conversation, and it is never given to any third party. If you start getting calls, tell us — it means something has leaked and we want to know.
Yes, and most families do. You can add a family view that sees shortlists and accepted matches but cannot send interests or read your chats. It keeps everybody involved without anyone reading your messages.
No. It is an optional field, off by default, and you can filter on it or ignore it entirely. About 40% of our members fill it and about 25% actually filter on it.
Tell us and we deactivate the profile the same day; it stops appearing in any search immediately. If you want it deleted entirely, say so and everything goes in 48 hours. We do not keep "dormant" profiles alive to inflate our numbers.
Within 14 days of buying a plan, in full, no questions. After that, pro-rata for the Assisted plan only. We do not promise matches and we do not sell hope, so we would rather give the money back than argue.
Registration takes about ten minutes and a government ID. Nothing goes live until you have set who can see what.
